Vitamins

I always try to be mindful when it comes to my diet and for the most part I am pretty healthy. Sometimes reality gets in the way and my diet is not as healthy as I would like it to be, so to make sure that I am getting the nutrients that I should be getting, I take a daily vitamin for women as well as collagen and fish oil. I am not a medical expert, but taking a vitamin or two to help support my system works for me, however it might not work for all. What about you? Do you take any vitamins or supplements to keep you up and running?
